Privacy & Data Isolation
We designed StakerHQ with strong technical isolation from the start. Your operational data belongs only to you and your team.
What we can see
When you sign up, we only receive basic account information:
- Team / organization name
- Email address
- Account and subscription status
The only operational data we can access are technical bot logs (such as bot errors, crashes, and system-level information). These logs are limited to what is needed to diagnose and fix technical issues. The exact same logs are visible to you in your tenant dashboard.
Your Isolated Tenant
Every customer runs in a completely isolated tenant. You connect your own Telegram bot (your personal token from BotFather). All bets, balances, staker activity, conversations, and business data stay exclusively inside your tenant.
Technical Isolation
We have no master dashboard and it is technically impossible for us (or anyone) to browse or search through your private data.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced at the database level — every query is automatically restricted to only your tenant.
- The backend strictly operates inside a tenant context. Cross-tenant access is blocked by the database itself.
- Your bot token is encrypted and bound exclusively to your tenant.
- All your sensitive data (bets, balances, activity, etc.) never leaves your isolated environment.
This architecture makes unauthorized access to your data not just against policy — it is technically prevented.
Support & Troubleshooting
When you request support, we only look at technical bot logs (errors and crashes) that are already available in your own dashboard. These logs contain no private business data — they exist purely to help us identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
Security Practices
We use HTTPS everywhere, secure password hashing, encrypted sensitive fields, and follow security best practices. We continuously improve our protections as the product grows.
